Red LBP was founded by Daniel Paltridge, a Christchurch builder and consultant with more than 30 years’ experience across residential, commercial, and earthquake-related repair work. After seeing too many buyers let down by rushed, unclear, or inconsistent reports, Dan knew things had to change.
Alongside his wife Victoria, a qualified quantity surveyor, Dan developed a better way to deliver property reports: fast, thorough, and easy to understand, without sacrificing the construction insight that buyers actually need. That approach is now at the heart of Red LBP’s nationwide network.
